When You Write to Us

For an existing purchase, include your order number and the email used at checkout. If the issue concerns an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from its listing, include relevant photographs or video when available.

Returns

Request return instructions before sending an item. If the request is approved, we will provide the appropriate return instructions and warehouse address. Do not send a return to the company’s registered address unless we specifically instruct you to do so.
