Return Policy

This policy explains the return and refund process for LOMQERE purchases, including cancellation requests and orders with a product or fulfillment problem.

Return Period and Condition

An eligible item may be returned within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery. For a standard return, it should generally be unused and in its original condition, with original components and accessories, packaging where reasonably possible, and proof of purchase or identifying order details.

Starting a Return

Before shipping anything, email service@lomqere.com with the order number, item, reason for the request, and relevant photos or video if applicable. After review and approval, support will provide the return instructions and appropriate warehouse address. The registered company address is not a return destination unless we expressly say so.

Return Shipping and Product Issues

For a preference-based return, such as a change of mind, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping. If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from its description due to a product or fulfillment issue, we will offer an appropriate replacement, refund, or return solution without passing on additional costs caused by that issue.

Inspection and Refunds

We may inspect a returned item after receipt to confirm eligibility. An approved refund goes to the original payment method and is generally processed within 5–10 business days after the return is received and inspected. Additional posting time may be required by the bank or payment provider.

Cancellation

Email us promptly if you want to cancel before fulfillment begins. We will make a reasonable effort, but cannot guarantee cancellation after fulfillment or shipment starts. No cancellation fee applies to an order successfully canceled before fulfillment.
