Terms and Conditions

These conditions apply when purchasing products from LOMQERE through lomqere.com. The store is operated by Beijing Shufan Xingyuan Technology Co., Ltd..

Placing an Order

When you submit an order, the checkout details should be accurate and you should be authorized to use the payment method. We may review, decline, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons such as payment failure, suspected fraud, unavailable inventory, a genuine pricing or technical error, or a legal restriction.

Products and Prices

We aim to present product characteristics clearly. Appearance may vary slightly with display settings, lighting, or normal manufacturing variation. Prices, discounts, shipping charges, applicable taxes, and the payable total are shown at checkout. Payment methods offered there require successful authorization.

Fulfillment and Delivery

Preparation normally takes 2–4 business days after payment confirmation and may extend to 5 business days in busy periods. Standard shipping to supported U.S. destinations is generally estimated at 10–15 business days following dispatch. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellation

Eligible items may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery under the Return & Refund Policy. Approved refunds normally go to the original payment method and are processed in 5–10 business days after inspection of the received return. Request cancellation promptly before fulfillment; it cannot be guaranteed after processing begins, and a successfully canceled pre-fulfillment order has no cancellation fee.

Problems, Promotions, and Errors

For an item that arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed, send the order information and relevant images or video so we can review a replacement, refund, or return solution. Promotional terms may specify eligibility, dates, or product exclusions. We may correct genuine catalog or technical errors and explain an appropriate resolution if an existing order is materially affected.
